Before you commit to an expensive venue, inquire about available dates for our rental space at ALL THINGS ART.

Expenses for 2009 for private parties:

$150 space use  

$50 use of tables and chairs

$25 non-refundable deposit

We have for set up:
  • 8  large round tables: seat 8
  • 8 smaller round tables: seat 6
  •  8 square tables: seat 4
  •  6 rectangular (six foot) tables: seat 8
  •  also assorted tables and surfaces for serving/buffet
  •  200 white, sturdy, plastic folding chairs

Renters

  • are responsible for their own set up (linens and place settings)and clean up.
  • must sign A Hold Harmless Agreement 
  • may bring in own caterer, florists, and DJ’s
  • will be required to lower volume at 11:00 p.m. in deference to our neighbors.
