Form and Submission for May "It's in the Bag" Show:
If items are for sale in show, in pricing your items, please know that our commission on sales is 30%.
We pay the NYS Sales tax.
We are open for drop off at our open hours: Items are due no later than Thursday, May 6th.
Show fee is $20 for non-members and $10 for members.
Please print off this form.
Drop it off at 65 S. Main Street or mail it in with your check to OCAC.
Also create an inventory list of your items for our bookkeeping binder. Tag items for sale with your initials/name and price of item.

If you are submitting framed art, it is REQUIRED that you use a wired method (pre-strung) to aid us in hanging the show. Small picture hangers/hooks are NOT allowed as they are harder to hang and time consuming. We will require you to change them for our requested method if we are to consider your work for a show. Thank you. |
