Ontario Art Trails Submission Guidelines

Submit one (1) image of your artwork to arttrails2324@gmail.com by September 30, 2023, for juried selection.

Paintings and photography must represent Ontario County. Selected artwork will be displayed on all-weather (DI-Bond) posters at several Ontario Pathways Trails. Signs are approximately 18” x 24” and art can be horizontal or vertical.

Submission Guidelines:

Outdoor images must be in Ontario County
Submission deadline is September 30, 2023
One entry per artist
Digital Format must be JPG and no larger than 5 MB. Digital photographs must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Aspect ratio must be 4:3 (horizontal) or 3:4 (Vertical)

Submit image and submission form to arttrails2324@gmail.com

Include name, title of artwork, media, and location in Ontario County

Submission fee of $5 (nonrefundable) must be sent with form.

Juried acceptance notification is October 30, 2023.

Artists will sign an agreement for the reproduction of their artwork if selected.

Artists will keep the original.

Artwork will be on display on the trail for 2 years.

A grand opening reception is planned for 2024.
